Does this replace my receptionist?
It replaces the part of the job that happens at 11pm on a Friday and at 6am on a Sunday, when leads slip through the cracks. Your receptionist still owns relationships, complex consultations and walk-ins. The assistant handles the volume work and only escalates what needs a human.
Will it sound like a robot?
No. It is trained on your tone, your treatment names, your prices and your typical patient questions. We tune it during the build so it sounds like a calm, well-trained version of you. Patients who have used the demo could not tell.
What if it gets a clinical question wrong?

Does it work with Pabau, Phorest, Aesthetic Nurse Software etc?
Yes for any system with an API or a webhook. We integrate during the build. If your system genuinely has neither (rare), we tell you on day 1 and quote an alternative.
Who handles GDPR and patient data?
Patient data stays in your accounts. We work via shared access, not data export. Standard processor agreement available on request. No client data is used to train any model.
What happens after 60 days if I want to stop?
You stop. The £400 retainer is monthly, no contract. We hand you the credentials and the playbook. You can keep running it yourself, or have someone else maintain it. Your call.
