Consent Leads is a UK studio that builds and runs AI booking assistants and automation systems for small businesses. Mostly aesthetics clinics. Sometimes agencies and SMBs.
We are productized on purpose. Three services, fixed scope, fixed price, fixed timeline. £3,000 to build a clinic AI booking assistant in 60 days. £400 a month to run it. If your bookings have not gone up by 8 a month at day 60, the first month's £400 comes back.
That is the whole offer. There is no upsell, no procurement game, no tier ladder.
Why we exist
Most aesthetics clinics in the UK lose 30 to 50 patient enquiries a month to slow replies. Instagram DMs come in at 9pm on a Tuesday. The front desk replies at 9am on Wednesday. By then the patient has booked somewhere else. At £350 average treatment value, that is £10,000 to £17,000 of revenue walking out the door every month, every month, forever.
The clinic owner knows this. They have known it for years. They cannot fix it because the fix lives between three or four tools (Instagram, their booking system, Stripe, their phone), and stitching them together is not what they trained for.
The agencies who could fix it sell £25,000 setup fees and 6-month build cycles. So the clinic owner does nothing, and the £10,000 a month keeps walking.
We exist because there is a £3,000 version of the same fix that delivers in 60 days and pays back in 12 months. Nobody was selling that, so we are.

£3,000 to build, £400 a month to run. No procurement games. No surprise line items. If the build needs more than the scope, that is a separate quote — but we will not pad the original to inflate margin.
You own the code
Source code transferred to your account on go-live. If you want to switch us off, you can. Most clients keep the £400/mo retainer because the time saved is worth it, but the option is yours.
Result-gated, not effort-gated
If your bookings have not lifted by 8 a month at day 60 of running, the first month's £400 retainer comes back. We absorb the risk because we believe in the system.
