What we work with.
Every UK service business runs a different stack. The honest answer to "do you support X?" is in here. Yes for most things native, yes-with-an-add-on for the complex ones, yes-with-a-CSV-fallback for the ones with no API. I do not say no to a tool you actually use - I say yes and tell you the work involved.
Booking systems
If you take bookings through any of these, we plug into them. Calendar slots, deposits, confirmations all flow through automatically.
What we do for Fresha, Booksy, Treatwell (no public API)
You upload a weekly calendar export OR forward booking confirmation emails to our intake address. Same end result, just no live two-way sync. Works fine for under 100 bookings/week per location.
Payment providers
For deposit collection at the booking stage and retainer billing. Stripe is the default. Everything else listed is native to our adapter layer.
Messaging channels
Wherever your customers message you. The assistant answers each one in under 30 seconds with your real prices and a booking link.
What we don't automate (deliberately)
LinkedIn DMs (against ToS, gets accounts banned), TikTok DMs at scale (no first-class API yet), personal Facebook profiles (Meta blocks automation). For those we route messages to your inbox via manual escalation.
Calendars
If you don't use a dedicated booking system, we write directly to your calendar.
CRMs and customer databases
If you keep customer records in a CRM, the assistant reads and writes to it so nothing falls through the cracks.
Review platforms
Post-appointment review chase fires automatically. One-tap link straight to the review form.
Website + DNS (for SEO + cold email)
If we're touching your website (schema deployment for SEO retainer) or your sending domain (cold email setup), we work with whatever you already have.
Tool not on this list?
Email me. I answer within 24 working hours whether it integrates natively, needs an add-on, or runs through a CSV fallback. I do not say no to a tool you actually use.
