What if Instagram or Meta change the API?

We monitor Meta's API changes and update on our side. You do not need to do anything. The £49 per month covers ongoing maintenance, including any API migrations Meta forces. If we cannot keep Lite running on Instagram for any reason, billing stops automatically.

Is there a dashboard? Can I see what the assistant sent?

You sign in with a magic link, see every conversation the assistant has handled, drill into any thread, and pause the assistant with a single tap. How do I configure the assistant? Is the onboarding form on a third-party site?

No. Onboarding lives inside your dashboard at /dashboard/onboarding. Your business name, prices, hours, tone-of-voice samples and guardrails all save directly to our infra - your data never touches a third-party form vendor. Set-up is a single scrollable page, ~10 minutes, prefilled with what you gave us at Stripe checkout. You can update any answer later and the assistant retunes within seconds.

What about opt-outs? Do you respect "no" replies across all your products?

Yes. We maintain a single central suppression list. If a recipient opts out of one product (Reactivation, Lead-Gen, Review Request, or anything inbound that contains an opt-out phrase like "unsubscribe" or a short "no"), they are suppressed from every Consent Leads product immediately, for every client we run. One opt-out anywhere equals suppressed everywhere.

Which calendar systems do you integrate with?

Cal.com is supported via webhook out of the box - bookings flow into our system in real time with ISO timestamps, so the review-request automation knows exactly when each appointment ended. Square and Pabau adapters are on the roadmap. If you're on a different system, send us the brief - most modern booking platforms have webhook APIs we can integrate against.

Why is there no monthly retainer for the agency overflow work?
